ONE FOUR NINE ACQUIRES GLASGOW-BASED ADVICE FIRM

Advice firm consolidator One Four Nine Group has bought Glasgow IFA APC Financial Solutions & Consultancy Services.

APC Financial Solutions & Consultancy Services provides comprehensive Financial Planning, particularly focused on investment and protection, run by an all-female team, this is the first acquisition for One Four Nine in Scotland and increases its AUM to approximately £650m managed for almost 2,000 clients. It boosts staff numbers to more than 50.
