INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTANCY AND CONSULTANCY FIRM, AFFINITY ASSOCIATES, ACQUIRES CROYDON-BASED FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP

Affinity Associates, an international accountancy and consultancy firm headquartered in London, has recently acquired Flemmings, a financial services group located in Croydon.

While the exact sum of the deal remains undisclosed, HSBC UK supported the acquisition by providing Affinity Associates with a seven-figure finance package. As a result, 28 Flemmings employees will become part of Affinity Associates, increasing the UK staff count to 100, while Flemmings’ Croydon office will be incorporated into Affinity Associates’ network of global offices.

Dharmesh Amin, the director of Affinity Associates, expressed his excitement about the acquisition and the future growth plans of the combined companies:

Flemmings, established in 1989, provides a wide range of services including accounting, financial advice, property consultancy, and wealth management services. Meanwhile, Affinity Associates, founded in 1987, has 14 offices worldwide and offers a variety of services such as accounting, taxation, and financial services. This acquisition will enable Affinity Associates to expand its services and further increase its global presence.
