Cooper Parry Wealth (CWP) has acquired Future Perfect, a financial planning firm based in London, for an undisclosed sum. With this acquisition, CPW now has assets under management of over £1bn and a headcount of more than 50. Future Perfect, founded in 2005 by Nick Crowe and Sue Royle, specialises in financial life planning using cash flow forecasts and investment options based on low-cost evidence portfolios. Crowe will remain with the business for the next two years to ensure a smooth transition, while Royle will take up a new role within CPW for the long term. The acquisition reflects CPW’s commitment to strategic growth by bringing high-quality firms into the CPW family.
