DUNCAN & TOPLIS ACQUIRE DERBYSHIRE – BASED COMPANY

Duncan & Toplis has expanded its regional presence with the acquisition of Derby-based accountancy firm Underwood Green, marking the firm’s first office in Derbyshire. The deal is part of Duncan & Toplis’ largest period of growth to date and aligns with the company’s centenary year celebrations.

The acquisition broadens the firm’s reach across the Midlands, adding to its established network of offices in Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and London. Underwood Green will now operate under the Duncan & Toplis brand, with all team members—including founding directors Gary Underwood and Richard Green—continuing in their current roles at the Pride Park office in Derby.
