Clear Group Strengthens South East Presence with Acquisition of £10m-GWP Broker

Clear Group has expanded its regional footprint with the acquisition of Vision Insurance Services Limited, a well-established broker managing approximately £10 million in gross written premium (GWP). This latest deal enhances Clear’s presence in South East England and aligns with its long-term strategy of partnering with high-quality regional intermediaries.

Founded in 2010, Vision Insurance Services has built a strong reputation for providing tailored solutions to a diverse client base ranging from sole traders and SMEs to larger corporates. With a team of 17 experienced professionals, the brokerage has grown steadily through both organic development and targeted acquisitions, offering deep local expertise and strong client relationships.

As part of the transaction, the entire Vision team, including founders David and Claire MacKinnon, will join Clear Group and continue to operate from their current base, further strengthening Clear’s regional network.

The acquisition is another milestone in Clear’s successful buy-and-build approach, which has seen the group complete more than 50 acquisitions since its formation in 2001. This latest deal supports Clear’s ongoing ambition to strengthen its regional presence and move closer to its goal of achieving £1 billion in GWP across its expanding UK network.
