Chief Executive and Founder of Capital and Trust with responsibility for deal flow and management of a broker and support team specialising in mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector. Based out of Leadenhall Street in London, we operate nationally and have completed over 400 transactions since 2014. Deal size ranges from £800k to £50m, with volume compensating for size. We are the market leader in the sale of UK wealth management companies (including IFA’s) by transaction volume with £11 billion in client assets changing hands in 2021, but also operate successfully within the Insurance (GI brokers and MGA’s) and Accountancy sectors.
