Our expertise and success historically has seen us work on a number of retained projects for larger, national acquirers. Although we realise that the larger acquirer is not for everyone and often it is the smaller, regional acquirers that have the better fit with a selling company. We will work hard using our large range of skills and expertise to maximise the value in a vendors company whilst at the same time ensuring that the acquiring company will be the right fit for the clients and any remaining staff.
