Clear Group has announced the acquisition of Delco Safety, a specialist fire safety and compliance consultancy based in Morden. The move strengthens Clear Group’s risk management division and adds a team of 19 professionals who bring expertise in fire risk assessments, safety inspections and compliance consultancy. Delco’s clients include local authorities, councils, housing associations, property managers and commercial property owners.

Group Chief Executive Mike Edgeley said the acquisition reflects Clear Group’s focus on building specialist capability in areas that matter most to clients. “The acquisition of Delco reflects our strategy to strengthen Clear Group’s risk management division by adding specialist expertise in fire safety – an area of growing importance for our clients,” he explained. “Delco’s strong reputation, robust compliance standards and complementary client base make it a natural fit for our group. For Delco, the partnership provides the platform to accelerate its own growth.
