IRWIN MITCHELL HAS ACQUIRED CHESHIRE-BASED CHARTERED FINANCIAL PLANNING FIRM

Law firm Irwin Mitchell who provides legal and financial services has expanded its wealth management team by purchasing TWP Wealth. TWP has £100m in AUM, taking Irwin Mitchell to over £1bn in assets.

TWP Wealth is a chartered financial planning company based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, it provides a wide range of financial services and financial planning to both private and corporate clients.

TWP’s current management team and staff will lead Irwin Mitchell’s wealth management arm and join forces with IM Asset Management, which currently provides a full collection of financial planning and investment management services.
