AVENTUR ACQUIRES SOUTH WOODFORD-BASEDIFA

Essex based Aventur Financial Limited, has acquired South Woodford-based IFA JPSL Financial Services.

Co-founded in 2021 by Thomas Young and Stacey Body who both have extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, Aventur, a hybrid advice firm, combines traditional financial advice with education and automated machine learning to provide low-cost financial advice.

JPSL was founded in 2003 by Louis English, he will continue with the company as a Financial Planner and will take a seat on Aventur’s Investment Committee.

The deal completed on 6^th April for an undisclosed sum, but will bring Aventur’s assets under management to over £130m.

Young and Body have stated this is the first acquisition in a large pipeline of acquisitions to help further grow the company in the near future.
